Marc Morano @climatedepot tries to punish moderate Republicans for daring to mention a human factor in climate change, and reveals his knowing disregard of science in doing so. To attack Romney’s description of the issue below is ridiculous, given that those who would concur include some of Morano’s favorite scientists (Roger Pielke Sr. and Pat MIchaels, for instance). Here is one example of Morano’s ongoing effort to use a climate cattle prod to keep Republican presidential hopefuls in line:
Romney: ‘I believe that climate change is occurring - the reduction in size of global ice caps is hard to ignore. I also believe that human activity is a contributing factor’
Climate Depot Response: ‘We now have Gingrich, Christie, Huntsman and Romney unable to grasp the basics of the climate con. We must not tolerate the same pathetic G. W. Bush strategy of accepting the alleged AGW science but rejecting so-called solutions’
